We are in teething hell right now. Seriously, it is so hard for me to see my little girl in so much pain all day long. She is whiny and crabby. Every little thing sets her off. The little baby is pulling on her ears all day long. I have been giving her Tylenol, which seems to help for a few hours.
Today I asked her if I could see her teeth. She shook her head no, but she still came and sat in my lap. I looked inside her mouth and I saw (YAY!) two molars barely popping through her upper gums. I am relieved to know that the rest of the tooth will be out within the next week or so. BUT those molars are big and apparently very painful.
She still has two more to go on the bottom. I hope they come soon so my little baby can be pain-free for a while...until the next tooth starts coming.

we're dealing with the same thing. my sweet, happy child is so volatile! everything sets her off.
I'm so sorry she is feeling bad, it makes for long days! This too shall pass. It is hard to be a mom watching your baby in pain and can't do much to help. Love you all
Two words: baby Motrin. Worked much better for Kade than the baby Tylenol. We'll be praying that God will graciously lessen the pain, that these days (and especially the nights) will pass quickly and that Audrey be back to her bright-eyed self real soon!
